This is for a level site with no access difficulties. Extra cost will be incurred for additional excavation or difficulties with site.  No allowance for levelling or cutting of tank pads.

  • 31 500 litre concrete rainwater tank installed in-ground

This is for a level site with no site difficulties. Refer to "rock clause" in standard conditions.

These packs DO NOT include water pump, pump to tank connections or trickle feed kits.  SEE BELOW.

Exclusions

  • connections (sewer, water and electrical).
  • Drain from water tank overflow.
  • Riser ring(s) if required.
  • Fire Ant Control.
  • Removal of excess spoil from excavation(s).
  • Identification of underground services.  Any damage arising from contact with underground obstructions remains the responsibility of the owner/builder.
  • All subject to our standard conditions of sale, site inspection and site assessment for effluent disposal.
