Waterpac Australia was contracted to manufacture a water treatment system to filter and disinfect fruit wash down and scrub water.  The client's primary objective was to reduce water consumption and increase cost savings.  The Nature Flow system was constructed and installed at the client's new premises situated within the Brisbane Markets.  Since commissioning the system has proven to be effective and commercially viable with an approximate reduction of water consumption and waste of 80%.

Simon George & Sons Brisbane Fruit Markets are located at the Brisbane Markets, Rocklea in Queensland, Australia.  The Nature Flow water treatment system is an environmentally responsible method of conserving processing water - at an approximate water consumption reduction of 80%.  

The primary cleaning of fruit via filtered and sterilised water.

The final wash and sterilise.  

Primary filtration, 1000 litre water re-use chamber, multiple UV disinfection - 4 x 40 watt UV lamps.
