1. O'Reilly's Rainforest Guesthouse. "In February 1999 I began an investigation into commissioning a fully automated water purification system for O"Reilly's Rainforest Guesthouse, a 50 room ecotourism resort in the midst of Lamington National Park. While all purification methods were considered for the application, non-chemical means were seen as being the most appropriate given that the raw water was collected from a mountain spring for use in an ecotourism operation." Paula Posner 8 June 1998 To Whom It May Concern We have had problems with our Bio-cycle system not operating to council requirements since we built our house in June 1997. After the installation of the UV unit by Waterpac Australia the tests the council did on our system showed a dramatic reduction in the E.coli count. As I have two young children it has been a relief to have the UV unit to know that the reclaimed effluent water being sprayed out is being treated to a high degree. The last council sample taken in December 1997 showed that our Biocycle system was underperforming but the UV unit was still killing the bacteria (E.coli count <100). At all times Waterpac have provided a prompt, efficient and friendly service. Yours faithfully Paula Posner 3. N.J. Hodges, Water Supply and Sewerage Engineer "The disinfection system for wastewater effluent which has been developed by Waterpac Australia Pty.Ltd. is a simple innovation which will improve water quality significantly in the long term.... The main constraint on the use of UV technology for disinfection i.e. light transmission losses from algal buildup on the UV lamps has been overcome in the Waterpac Australia Pty. Ltd. innovation and the benefits to all waterways will be substantial in the long term as this form of wastewater disinfection is used instead of chlorination." Dorothy and Geoff Wells " We are very happy with our Nature Flow water treatment plant. It is everything we wanted in a system - safe and clean (especially with an active little boy who loves running around the gardens and yard), reliable (even in those power blackouts we’ve had – switching itself back on and working properly without drama) and apparently cost effective when compared with the running and maintenance costs of other products on the market.... Nature Flow is a wonderful system and we would have no hesitation in recommending the product and your services to anyone. Dorothy and Geoff Wells. Click here for full letter. Letters of Support |
